Changing royal marines weapons

There are some really cool royal marine models out there however:
1. A lot of the SA 80 models aren't fantastic (sorry guys!)
2. The FN-FAL is the weapon they used in the 1980's

So how do I change the weapon to an FN-FAL because I really am a novice.
