Sorry i know this isn't anything to do with editing, but i can't get into the general forum.

Does anyone know how to get manual fire back in the game...fly solo missions in the chopers was so much fun, now it is simply crap :/

i installed 1.20 (CHinook is 1337) and i can use manual fire.

It is definatly still there in SP - I only ever play single player and it never went - I promise you. I have the latest patch.

I mostly play it multiplayer and it definately isn't there, in the choppers. I don't know about the tanks, cause we hardly use them.
You can still access it in the mission editor, but once you export your mission to mp it goes away.
VERY ANNOYING

It's disappearance stuff up a mission I have been working on.

i always thought manual fire was in all missions. i've got 1.75, an it's in sp, and mission editor. hang on a minitue! i know why manual fire's not in mp! because if one player was gunner, and one was pilot, then if the pilot had manual fire on the the gunner coudn't shoot. hence, the gunner would hav no fun!
