Just put a Marker over the trigger area with the same dimensions and shape. Then choose the color you want.
If you want text around it, just put another marker near it with the next you want.

I had another question concerning markers. When I unPBOe'd Desert Ambush I saw a group of Russian infantry grouped with an empty marker. What's that all about?
