Thread: M41 pulse rifle

    Ok, here are 2 pics of the pulse rifle update coming soon:

    new variant: Experimental sniper version (longer barrel, reduced muzzle flash, scope, ergonomic stock, camouflaged hull)

    new weapon: H&K VP70

    change log:
    - initspeed of grenadelauchner increased (now =40)
    - magazine size of grenadelauncher reduced (now =4)
    - amount of shots in burst mode reduced (now =4)
    - new variant: M41b (black hull, inofficial black market version for resistance soldiers)

    todo-list for release:
    - USCM Soldier models (that'll be very hard -it seems I must build them from scratch...)
    - later (maybe in V1.2): smartgun (needs new movement animations), flamethrower and motion tracker (that'll be config-/scripting-work)

    Just a suggestion: for a sniper version, I would lose the grenade launcher, add a camera type scope, and have the optics view like a TV, similar to the V-80 chopper.

    My sources:
    This one mentions the VP70 as the USCM's sidearm.
    This page has got informations about the H&K VP70 (Volkspistole 70) -watch the video!
    And finally there are many M41-spec-pages on the internet, so I had to process the specifications. I used values which were common on most sides. Good examples can be found here and here. I've to add that the sniper rifle is only a variant of the M41a, it's not the M42.

    I forgot the AT weapons and the Flamethrower, but don&#39;t forget the shotgun too.

    - Shotgun (state-of-the-art-pump-action-everybody-knows-what-I-mean-rifle)
    - LAW-Launcher? I think we can take the one from 1985 -why change a winning team?
