Player Name Color

First off sorry if this is posted somewhere else sorry because I don't know what its called, but I can sorta describe what I would like help with.

Second, this is for a RPG/life server.

Now on to what I came here for, my problem is that I am trying to change the Player name color(the name for when you push space and point to a AI or player and see the Player's/AI's name), but I have no Idea where that .sqf is named,or where it is located on BI in-game functions. So if anyone could head me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Second, I want change the wanted system so that when someone is wanted there name is red but if they are not wanted it stays grey. That part I can probably find out out by myself, but any help would be greatly appreciated :)
