Arma 2 sound pproblem

I have a sound issue with Arma 2 operation arrowhead. The thing is, whenever I hear a vehicle or somebody firing a weapon, I cannot figure out where it is coming from because I always hear it from the left side all the time no matter what. How do I fix this?

You need to correct this in your speaker set up. Play music or something and make sure sound comes out of all speakers.

It works perfectly with other games, spotify and whatever else makes sound. Arma is the only problem.. Everything comes from the left in third person, but while in first person, everything but guns and vehicles works fine.
