Rainbow Infantry division

Hello there,

Some of you know me and the team by AISS and SAMO. I've put AISS and another AI enhancement mod on hold. I've figured out how to do textures. Somewhat. lol

This will be a new unit when released.

Rainbow Infantry Division. Its based off The unit My Grandfather fought with during WWII and Korea. No this is not a WWII mod. Maybe down the road. ;)

At present We've Finished

12 new units:

Ranger

Light MG

Heavy MG

Marksman

Sniper

AT

Medic

Grenadier

Command NCO

NCO

MG ammo

ammo bearer

Most of which have there on danger FSM. This may change on release do to other mods I am currently working on.

Several modified weapons and ammo some from a3 some from RHS So this will require RHS unless something changes between now and release.

8 new groups:

Ranger Team

MG Team

Sharps light team

Sharps Heavy Team

Light Squad

Heavy Squad

Ranger infantry platoon consisting of 41 units.

The dubbing is awesome, if only it was possible! What sound mod are you using?

Thanks. Its Dragon Fyre. BTW Rainbow won the battle with 3/4 of platoon left against PLA troops. Who had a platoon and 1/4 worth of troops. RB platoon is 41 men and PLA had 48 men 6 squads.

Indeed. A3 vanilla IMO greatly lacks that kind of vocal authenticity. Battles/game is so much more engaging/immersive with them. I wonder, why no one so far made mod adding such voices - there was something like that in A2.

Some people think the dubbing gets repetitive but I argue if done in the right context and with enough samples and randomization. I haven't played without it in over a month and still loving it.

Not sure If I'll do this but was playing around with a m4 sound and this I what I have:

Hang on that dubbing is added as a mod? I thought it was added into the video after the fact...

Added to this mod. no video edit. Got another video uploading says its got an hour 1/2 left. I'll post it as soon as its done. Video will have new m4 sounds and I removed Dragon Fyre, but added impulse mod.

ok new video. Worked on M4 sounds and worked on Light MG sounds. No sound mods are activated at the moment.
