Mod.cpp and Steam Workshop

So recently the mod.cpp file got fixed and we can get these fancy main menu logos back with putting that stuff in our @Mod folder. Now I am just wondering... how do we handle that stuff with the Steam Workshop? I can only pick one *.pbo file with the Publisher as far as I can see. Which means it's not possible to get that mod.cpp stuff if you chose to put your mod on the workshop?

Anyone did some testing with it?
