Color Corrections (Medit-Afghan)

Recommended Posts

I find that the color in ArmA3 is not very realistic and brings less immersion ingame, here my little contribution for people who want another experience:

-Single player: put it in the debug console (copy-paste all the code) and click on exec local to activate it.

-In multiplayer: you have to put it on the mission.

Here two color corrections with two styles (subtle differences):

-Afghan: clearer, less colored

-Mediterranean: more colored than Afghan

Afghan Code:

"ColorCorrections" ppEffectEnable true; "ColorCorrections" ppEffectAdjust [0.9, 0.9, 0, [0, 0.1, 0.25, -0.14], [1, 1, 1, 1.26], [0.15, 0.09, 0.09, 0.0]]; "ColorCorrections" ppEffectCommit 0;

Mediterranean Code:

"ColorCorrections" ppEffectEnable true; "ColorCorrections" ppEffectAdjust [0.88, 0.88, 0, [0.2, 0.29, 0.4, -0.22], [1, 1, 1, 1.3], [0.15, 0.09, 0.09, 0.0]]; "ColorCorrections" ppEffectCommit 0;

Here the topic in french: http://arma-france.com/forums/index.php?threads/corrections-couleurs-medit-afghan.5/

I hope you will make beautiful videos from the battlefield.

Try them ingame, you'll feel the difference.

My motto: immersion
