Unable to use certain key combinations.

Hello all,

I've recently noticed a problem with trying to use the Ctrl+P, Ctrl+M, and Ctrl+TAB key combinations. For some reason, the stable branch of the game won't allow me to use these three key combinations. If I switch the the devbranch then I can use them just fine. This happens when I'm running Arma 3 with and without mods.

Has anybody else experienced this issue before and would know how to fix it, or would be able to tell me where to start as far as figuring out what the issue is?
