[HELP REQ] Third Person Camera

Hey guys,

I was just wondering how you stop the camera from zooming out when you get in a vehicle and for it instantly to just be fully zoomed out when you enter a vehicle or when you driving/riding/flying. It's bugging me, I played a EVO mission and it just instantly goes straight out, so how does one do this?
