MBT Kuma without thermal or is it just me?

Yesterday I played with a Kuma MBT and I noticed that I didn't have any night vision or thermals either as gunner or commander. Is this something that everybody is aware of or is it just some mod that causes this error?

I have available thermal and night visions as gunner/commander in Kuma. Tested in dev branch.

In certain servers, they will intentionally disable thermal Capabilities, even night vision, in an attempt of balanced game play.

I play single player and in editor and when I press N i have no NV no Thermal. I guess it must be a mod that conflicts with the Kuma.

Edit:

Ok , found out that a mod caused this issue. I disabled the mod and everything is fine again :)
