mordeaniischaos 3 Posted July 14, 2014 ArmA 3 has never been very stable for me thanks to my video card not getting along with it, but recently I've been getting a different kind of crash. There's no driver crash or anything, but when the game crashes it freezes up everything for about 10-20 seconds, and then everything else gets back to working, and ArmA stays frozen except for the cursor, which I can move around over the game, despite it being frozen. The game is becoming unplayable, I keep crashing after 5-20 minutes of playing, which couldn't possibly come at a worse time as my community is starting an effort to rebuild. This started within the last couple of updates to the game, and after I added a sound card to my system. The drivers for that have been properly installed and the crash even happens when I'm not using that for sound output. Otherwise there hasn't been any change to my system.
