How to have bodies thrown from explosion

Hi guys, is there a way to enable bodies to be thrown or blasted away due to explosions like it was in the original Operation Flashpoint? Whenever I launch grenades, the soldiers I kill pretty much just stay on the same spot unlike in OP where they would be blasted away.

Too much movies seen, Ian ;) AFAIK, only really big explosions can thrown people away from the spot in RL and surprisingly the game already reflects that, more or less. Frag grenades or RPGs do not have enough power of their shock wave to throw 200-pound body into the air.
