Running stock ofp with ofp:r installed

Oh gods of moderation, please forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong forum.

I would like to know if it is possible to run standard OFP (1.46) or MP Test (1.60) with OFP:R installed.

The reason I ask is because I have Resistance installed, but would still like to host games for my friends who haven't upgraded to Resistance yet.

The only way I see me being able to do this is if I can still run the OperationFlashpoint.exe or OFPMPTest.exe executables.

Can it be done?

Yes, you can still play whichever version of OFP you want after installing Resistance.
OperationFlashpoint.exe still works as before in version 1.46, and even has its own config program.
