Why isnt he being brought up on Terrorism charges? And why havent we thought of some way to detach Florida from the continental US yet??
He should be brought up on terrorism charges. I mean hell, he had a map that indicated where he was going to plant bombs to destroy the 'islamic center'
If they dont prosecute him to the same extent they would prosecute someone planning an attack against a more 'american' target..then justice truly has been co-opted.

There will be many people who think of this man as a 'patriot'. I think they will try to sidestep the issue, and leave the word 'terrorism' out all together.

Absolutely right. Doing this like that is not going to stop Al Queda from bombing the US, its just going to give them more determination, and draw in new recruits who belive all Americans are the sons of the devil or something. If he was really smart and wanted to help stop terrorism, he would be doing an act that showed no matter what religion, America is one, not divided but anything such as race or religion.
