Because when you refuse someone service due to their race, you violate their Constitutional rights. As for refusing service for ALMOST any reason but race, I agree with you. Im not gonna let a guy wearing just sneakers and a smile into my restaraunt either. But they are 2 seperate issues. One is a genuine health concern and may drive away other potential customers- but the other is a petty bias because of someones skin color
