DevHeaven or any similar sites

Hi. On Jan. 27 I went to this devheaven place that I hear so much about. Apparently, it's impossible for me to navigate the site successfully or to contact the admins by email. Also, I need some "google wave" thing to communicate with the dh community/forums. As I've a project I wanted to "host", how or where can I go to do this? Are there any other similar sites? Thanks.

Ahh, yeah I've already seen that contact page. It takes me here. ... Okay so now my emails can go through. For some reason they wouldn't send a couple of days ago.
