Version problem

ok here's my problem...

I'm playing with 1.75 (Resistance) with my friend which he has 1.46 from the original OPF...

He created the game and I joined him BUT it written this:
Version : 1.46 / required version 1.45

I'm playing with the original CD and chg preferences to Operation Flashpoint.

Anyone can help me please?

AFAIK, codewise, 1.75 and 1.46 can't play together even if 1.75 is using DirectPlay instead of socket.

To join OFP 1.46 game insert your OFP CD into the drive (not Resistance CD) and run OperationFlashpoint.exe (not FlashpointResistance.exe).

Why is there a leaflet in our boxes saying "your original shortcuts and exes will no longer function"?

Dunno, they still work fine, but you shouldn&#39;t use them, unless for playing with somebody that doesn&#39;t have Resistance. When using OF exe, insert OF cdrom, when using Resistance exe, insert Res cdrom
