Hey guys,
Well I really hate to say it, but "unfortunately" the colleague that handles the installer is away this week. We hoped to fix it without him but we've not been successful at this point. We're still trying to get it sorted but it appears we may have to wait until monday, when he will be present and able to fix it ASAP. This means it would be ready that day as well.
Though I'd like to assure you that if we get it fixed earlier then we would not delay it a moment longer.

- Carrier Command: Gaea Mission
*sigh*
Thanx Dram!
Waiting is much easier, knowing why and when it ends.

Dram - I am familiar with packaging. If I can assist BI with this (for free, no less) - let me know.
How big is the BI team? Only one person knows how to fix the installer, and he's allowed to be ''away'' during the week when customers are due to be installing?!
I don't want to be difficult, but to be frank, I'd lose my job if I didn't plan ahead to avoid that kind of bottleneck.
Anyway, roll on next week. Waited this long, may as well wait a bit more I guess.

Monday it is then. It's good to get more information. Now we aren't in the dark about the delay and can look forward to Monday.
I'm still glad we'll get a beta3, even when the game will be released at the end of this month!
If someone reports an issue/complains about the Alpha etc, replying in the thread "dude it's an alpha" doesn't really help anyone! Point them to the Arma3 Alpha feedback tracker instead please!
Please do not PM or Email me directly about your CD Key issues, follow the guidance in this thread instead.
