Why can't Rcon tool connect to my server?

Players can join me but when ever i use a server tool it says failed to connect i use multiple tools. i try different ways to connect like my public ip and this one 127.0.0.1 but none of them work. Anyone have an answer?

Would help if you elaborated a *little* more on how you're set up. i.e. is your server on the same LAN as your machine? Do you have BattlEye set up correctly?
You need BattlEye set up, with the server running to use any of the rcon tools.
I would suggest actually READING any of the rcon/BE threads as they do explain how to set it up properly.
