How do i load cargo into a c130j?

I understand you need to be a pilot, and you need to move the cargo behind the plane but i do not get the option to even load it. people and youtube videos show a screen to select from but on my computer it dosen't come up at all... i would like to know how exactly to do it properly and if im doing anything wrong i did everything everyone told me and it dosen't work so if anyone could give me the run down from a to z about how to do it i would appericate it .. thank you

    Short answer: You don't.
Long answer: It entirely depends on the mission. There's no default way for the stock C-130 to have "cargo" loaded into it.

C-130s can hold gear, like most every other vehicle, but every video or screenshot you've seen of them holding cargo, or vehicles, or whatever has been some kind of custom scripting. So that it doesn't work for you is just fine, because it's not supposed to!

Do you know which video or mission you saw this in? If we knew that we might be able to explain it better. There's the use of the attachTo command, or scripts that fake it to one degree or another. This post for example is a really great cargo transportation script I've used before.

you have to be a pilot
This is a huge misunderstanding of ArmA. There are no "classes" in ArmA like there are in FPS shooters. How a mission is designed is all that controls what any given unit can do. I could be a bunny rabbit and still fly a C-130 if I wanted to. While some missions do limit access to vehicles based on what type of unit it is, that's not a restriction of the game itself but instead of the specific mission you might be playing.

For new players this can get confusing since they think that "Warfare" or "Domination" is "ArmA", but it's not. Those are just specific missions that have been custom coded to include their own features and rules that aren't default at all. So while you might need to "be a pilot" to fly something in some guy's custom Domi mission you do NOT need to be a pilot to fly anything in default ArmA2. Does that make sense?

Kylania hit it on the head there pretty well.
Look up R3F Logistics or BTK Cargo scripts, those allow loading of various objects into vehicles and are FAIRLY easy to install into your mission
    Spoiler:
