Where to Find Add ons

Hey everyone i just started with the whole add ons to arma 2 . I made my add on folder ECT ECT when i go to expansions my add on is highlighted in green its enabled. The question im asking is how do you get to your add on in the game .Where is the add on in the actual game though someone please help me i cant figgure this out

In Arma 2 folder create folder @mod1, @mod2 etc. Then when you download addon/mod put *.pbo and *.bisign files from downloaded archive to @mod1\addons. Then run the game and choose @mod1 in Menu->Exspansions. Or you can create new shorcut to Arma2 click rmb choose properties and add to line -mod=@mod1 (remember about spacebar before minus).
Now go to editor and look in factions, if you downloaded american vehicles try to search something like addon name in vehicles section in WEST etc.
Ps: i think you create thread in wrong forum section. Probably mods will move this in other place.
