You need to buy Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead (CO) to play the DayZ mod.. You must know if you have it, as you would have bought it..

To be clear, all "CO" means is that you have both ArmA2 and ArmA2: Operation Arrowhead. There's no "Combined Operations" game/exe/program or anything. You either run ArmA2 on it's own, OA on it's own or OA with A2 as a mod (which is "CO").
