    Post Anyway to put a config.bin into a mission file?

    Is there anyway of doing this or is there a alternative?

    nope, all the configuring that is even possible for a mission is done through the description.ext

    There was mergeConfig command once in some beta version. But BIS removed it for some reason. I guess security reasons.
