Creating an Army

Em, Not sure where it should be because I'm new to modding, so be easy on me (sorry for my English also, not my native language).

I am making an a mission and I need to create soldiers with a certain uniform, and I'm not sure where it should be.
To create a soldier with that uniform let's say Israeli uniform, I need O2 or make that with photoshop?
Also, after I make the soldier\uniform how do I make it that I could place it in the editor?

The model will be made in O2 and texture applied to it as well.

The uniform would need to be made in photoshop or Modo or some other sort of texture editing software. I know some guys use corel.

The way you ask these questions makes me realize there is still alot about it you dont know. If you want i know Binkowski has example US soldiers on here for download. A better place to start would be to use the BIS soldiers with hidden selections and learn to edit the textures and apply them that way. this method would be much much less work for you.
