Inaccurate mouse movement/pixel skipping

I searched and found no answers.

Vsync disabled and all that but nothing apart from that.

I can't seem to find a config anywhere so I can mess with the "frames ahead" setting, if there is one, so could anyone point me to where it usually is, if there is one?

Apart from that, any suggestions on what to do?
The mouse movement is the classic Arma 2 style "dragging" movement, which is very slow but in CWA it also skips frames by a huge amount.

Well in my experience you can't eliminate it completely, though you can reduce how apparent it is. I find that reducing mouse speed in windows makes it faster in OFP, also in XP removing acceleration by reg editing(like whats done for CS) of the cursor makes the jumps smoother so while the cursor still moves a couple pixels its now a smooth curve instead of a sharp jump.
