Spawn in flight as a pilot - then Respawn in flight as pilot.

Hi all and thank you for taking the time to read my question.

I need to understand how to make a player\npc respawn as a pilot in a plane while it's flying.

For now my bots and players spawn in flight as they should.
I've set up respawn points for West and East sides and when they die they do respawn but they do that as an infantry instead of as a pilot.

My scripting skills leaves much to be desired so bear with me.
