Arma2.exe APPCRASH, ArmA II & OA "stopped working" at launch

Neither runs after validation in Steam. I'm Windows 7 Pro, 4G RAM, Intel Dual-cor E5700 3GHz & Intel G41 Express Chipset GPU.

I have the CD versions of ArmaII/OA and I'm having the same problem. It's only with OA though and only after installing 1.62

If an Intel GPU is all you have then you don't have the minimum requirements to run Arma2.

sorry for the necro but I'm back to Arma and I have the exact same issue:
A2 is working fine but A2:OA is not working at all => insta crash at launch with a ntdll.dll error

I've done a clean reinstall of the graphic drivers (nvidia) with no result (still crashing).

of course, I've runned OA with success for many hours months ago.

Any advice ?
