ARMA 2:OA file read error

Alright, so I purchased ARMA 2:OA, but due to the disc being damaged I couldn`t install it, so after contacting customer support they gave me a dlc and I just finished downloading it. Once that finished I clicked the actual OA file to begin the game download and I get the error "File Read Error:C:\Users\Username\ARMA2Patch_1_09.exe.xz" Now i`m currently downloading that patch just in-case I need it to fix this problem, any help is greatly appreciated.
