    8 bit Nostalgia

    Hey

One day I imported the "mask" file instead of the "satelite" picture (world makers know what I am talking about) by misstake.
I realized I missed a lot of old gaming so I made this.. don't get your hopes up. Its nothing really but to sumarize.
    • One small forest world
    • Custom made objects
    • Soldiers that run faster, one red and one blue.
    • Ugly weapons (minigun, laser rifle and rocket launcher)
    • One CTF mission included, credits to Moerderhoschi
    • A track by Wizwars that put you in the right spirit.

    Hope you guys enjoy

Actually GQ this may be quite the winner. I would even remove the tree stump, as it is too complicated

Now unfortunately I am of the age to remember when these were cutting edge graphics, there again I am that old I can remember thinking that two bats knocking a square ball around on a empty screen was cutting edge.

This could be a mini classic, retro stuff for mobile devices are becoming popular, provided the buildings were removed (sort of let it down a bit).

A gem is what you have here, I will enjoy playing it from time to time and just reminiscing..

I am really glad you made it… with a tear in my eye I say, thanks for sharing your little gem...

Sorry, but that does not qualify for 8 bit. Amiga was waaaay more advanced at 16 bit.
