    INTRODUCTION
Hello everyone to whom may read this. I would like to just take up a fraction of your time, my name is SSG Lucht with the 4th IBCT, 25th Infantry Division (Airborne). First and foremost I would like to mention that we are not the "Real" 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team of the 25th Infantry Division (Airborne) that is apart of the United States Army. We are group of mature players that enjoy the game and have a passion for the military. We also have no affiliation with any other 25th Infantry Division operating in this game. If you are tired of children and immature so call "adults" creating unit after unit to portray what they know about the military, which is normally Black Hawk Down, Band of Brothers, and Saving Private Ryan then I encourage you to check out the 4th IBCT, 25th Infantry Division (Airborne). We are a group that understands what it's like to connected to the military in one way or another. We take pride in the fact that we strive for realistic rank structure, training environments, and maturity. We do understand it is still a game but we take what the game gives us and we run with it into a new direction of the definition of "Realism Gaming"

    What We Are About

Realism: To portray the United States Military and the 4th IBCT, 25th Infantry Division (Airborne) as closely as the game will allow.
Honor: Honor is the guiding principle behind each and every member within the 4th IBCT.
Respect: Respect will not be handed to you on a silver platter, you will earn everything within this unit, no questions asked. We expect member to act with maturity and self respect to everyone, unit member or not.
Courage: The most important moral, mental and physical strength that allows us to overcome obstacles within game and out of game.
Commitment: The dedication to the yourself, the unit, and the members within it.

    What we DON’T Do

We are not a unit composed of Sergeants Major and Colonels. We strive to maintain realism in as many areas as reasonable.
We don’t promote based on "Friends"or Ass kissing. The unit staff reviews soldiers that are up for promotions based on a set criteria and their abilities and performance, not how much the donate or how many post they make.
We don’t do drama. Certain people simply are unable to operate as part of a team and we have come to understand this.
We don’t care if you can hit a target 2 miles away or take out an entire company sized element, none of this matters if you are and individual.

    What we DO

The 4th IBCT(Airborne) is a small close nit group of members that strive for military realism and perfection. We preform operations and deployments from presence patrol to full joint operations on a wide battlefield. We regularly train during the week and perform unit wide exercises to keep our skills sharp. We also hold various different courses, a few of them being:
    Basic Combat Training
    Different Advance Infantry Training schools
    Ranger School
    Airborne Operations
    Convoy Operations
    Joint Operations

    Available Jobs

There is a wide variety of jobs, also know as MOS's, in the 4th IBCT (Airborne). These jobs range from Infantry to Administrative Support, all the way to Aviation and Armor. These MOS's are broken down into three levels: Entry Level MOS, Primary MOS, and Support MOS.

The Entry Level MOS is designed to get your feet wet so to say. It also determines what your Primary MOS will be.

The Primary MOS is your main job and role while serving with the 4th IBCT (Airborne).

The Support MOS is for you to be more involved in supporting the unit with Security work, Administrative duties, or Technical positions, just to name a few.

*Note* The full list of MOS's can be found on our forums in the Recruiters Office

    Interested

    Our requirements are simple,
-Must be at least 16 years of age. (Exceptions come by a case by case order)
-Be available for training and operations (Based off of US EST)
-Have a working microphone and download Ventrilo
-Own a copy of ARMA II CO

I hope that you are interested in joining our ranks or even just to stop by our server and fight next to us. We are a very young unit, but where our time in the game lacks our leadership, dedication, and love for realism more than make up for it. We will still be around with 5 soldiers or 50 soldiers.

    Respectfully,

    SSG Lucht

    Update:

Hello everyone it has been some time since the first post of the 4th IBCT. Just wanted to keep you all updated, first thing first I made corrections to our website and server name they are now currently up to date. Also, the 4th IBCT is in preparation for its first major combat deployment to Takistan. Hoping to post some combat footage as soon as we get it.

We are still currently recruiting on our main public server. As of now it is only vanilla, we are experiencing some issue with the install, but we are still actively using ACE and ACRE during deployments and training. So if you are still interested please come onto our server or stop by our website.

    Thank you for your time,

    SSG Lucht
