Invisible/Locked Mouse Pointer in ARMA2

So I installed ARMA today, booted it up before I install OA and my mouse is not in game. Here is what happens, double click icon, game loads up, mouse shows in every splash screen until it changes to in game menu where the mouse pointer disappears and the main screen comes up. The mouse is then disabled, can't move it and can't see it and if it is disappeared on an area where a menu selection is, the selection, say "Exit" will be highlighted as if you were putting your mouse on it and I can click and it will Exit for me but I can't move my mouse or see it from there.

I then installed OA and patched all the way to 1.62 and still, mouse is locked in game and invisible. It will only select click if it happened to lock up on a menu option. Tried windowed mode, still nothing.

Anyone know what the hell is going on? Google has lead to absolutely no yield, seems this problem is unique.

Windows 7 64 Bit
GTX 560 TI (2GB)
4GB RAM
AMD Phenom II X965 Black Edition
Razer Deathadder 3.5G (Left Hand Edition) [Having problems installing Razer Synapse 2.0 to update drivers, if that could be a problem]

Also, mouse works in every other game.

No body has any ideas? This seems to be a once off thing, can't find anyone else with this error. Worst thing is, it's worked on my PC for two years before the reinstall and upgrade to 64 from 32, as well as a new GTX 560 TI.
