Trying to start new clan,anyone want to join^^ Also really new :P

Hello and thanks for clicking to read,i'm still getting use to the forum so please forgive me for anything i miss or if i add to much detail...
So the name of the clan is 101st SPETSNAZ Guard and currently i am the only member.
Positions that are open right now is:
Asst. Team leader
Scout/sniper
2-5 rifle men
Driver/pilot
medic
and automatic rifle men
Of course i can add different positions,And players i look for are laid back,can handle a joke, can mess around during missions, and are into a little role playing. Also i am some what active but sometimes the clan will not have an event planned for maybe 2-3 days. And i'm not sure what i have planned for new comrades that join but i will try and set up training for when the clan gets going.
Also i'm not sure what the clans main 4x game will be.
Also who we are:
We are based upon the Russian elite force,the spetsnaz's.(Roleplaying here^^) We are placed on high alert due to western military actions in the mid. east. We have been comprised of the best men from Spetsnaz all around russia.(Our Role in battle)In the eyes of the Russian military we are the hammer and anvil,which means we charge in and inflict heavy damage,or try to, and we are always first on the battle field.

My suggestion to you would be to found a squad identity and throw some effort into it. When you have a squad name report your thread for a name change, and I will delete this message. You can also report this post to get rid of it at any time if you think it's uglying up the place. I hope your squad gets off the ground.

Remember that this is not a discussion thread. I think a good thing to do would be to create a forum group about your squad for discussions in there.
