Best AI mod at this point?

Can someone tell me the name of the best AI mod to download at this point? Also, will the AI mod change the AI in the campaign missions as well?

AI mods change the AI in every mission on your computer. ASR works best out of the box, but there are more detailed options that might be less compatible with missions.

As someone who is struggling to get the 'Manhattan' mission in Red Harvest to finish successfully, personally I wouldn't use AI mods
with the campaign missions. The timings and triggers are bad enough as it is, without throwing unknown elements into the fray.

ASR won't do anything harmful to 95% of missions.
Zeus' beta PBOs and the SLX GL4 type mods are another story.

Ok, so what AI mod is best if you dont play the campaign?

I would recommend ASR for reliability, ease of use, rolling updates, and working great right out of the box. Just remember to install the userconfig.
