Arma2 OA + Day Z

I just purchased Arma2 Operation arrowhead standalone edition..

Is this enough to play day z mod?

I did not do enough research before purchasing the game.

Just to add you can get by using Arma2free as you will find out on the DayZ forums, this saves you money right now but won't look so good texture wise, but it'll get you playing now for no extra money.
