No examine option in my ACE interactive menu

As the above eludes to, I can't heal anybody as my menu doesn't have the examine option. I have the goggles/mask, magazine, and heal myself option. But not this hugely important one....any help is appreciated. Thanks

Yes. I am not new to the game. I have healed plenty of people before. For instance I was a medical today with full kit when I spawned in yet was unable to heal anyone...random..
