Thread: Submarines and Naval Battles

I will be happy if at least we could had an hierarchy physic system to not just be left behind by the boat that where you was over, of course under certain conditions

"Walk on moving decks" from VBS would help a lot too.

yes, Im really not sure why VBS is holding on to this bit for themselves. Isnt their Jewel the after action system? They gave up their IR system but not this? having this could open up so many easily doable things like, firing from moving vehicles and what not. I know there are scripted ways of doing this but its not easy.

I don't know if it's from VBS but this feature SHOULD HAVE existed from OFP era.
This crap-way-around we are forced to use with AttachTo command (and always job not done) must over HERE.

This idea would be so awesome it would be silly.

5+ people operating a frigate with shore bombardment, and AA guns.

If only enough people played it to fill that quota for a full scale war.

Would be nice to have some good old Janes 688i Hunter/Killer type of gameplay ;-).

Full scale war? There's probably a cap on the amount of groups. It makes you wonder where they would fit in even if implemented, I mean it's a huge water space to maneuver around which may open up the possibilities but thinking small-scale to fill in the gaps they should add canoes and small boats like RHIB's or future equivalents/variants.

As gnat sed, walkable decks that's what arma series really need from vbs (and the gore but it's offtopic)
I see pretty usless a frigate without any chanche to walk on or inside...
Anyone know if they are going to increment the size supportable for oxygen?as I know it's a pain in the ass work with proxies, don't have those kida of updates wouldn't help modders jump over the sea battles...
