Camera moving as gunners head is turned (Helicopter)

How can i get the camera on my helictoper to animate so its moves when the gunners head moves etc?
Ive currently defined it in config and works ok, right click brings up camera screen and laser marker.

I just cant move the camera left or right, up or down?

Any help would be awesome

Sorry, still cant get the camera to move left or right with the copilots head?
