Errors when trying to run Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead

whenever i launch OA it gives me two errors. the first one is
"No entry 'bin/config/CfgIngameUI/MPTable.shadow."
the second one is
"Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0"
