Steam Launching issue

I just purchased the game through steam, but had previously downloaded and attempted to run a pirated version. (Yeah stupid I know). Now I think it has some registry problems with the old incorrect CD key, but not sure how to delete those files so that I can launch the steam version. I'm getting the following errors:

bin/config.bin/CfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadow
Error Compiling Pixel Shared PSSpecularAlpha:0

Anyway, exit Steam, Run it again as admin, then the game as admin.
