Arma X - Same Retail copy used for different keys

Good Evening,

i just bought a Arma X Retail copy, installed it and it's working like charm.

1.
But now a friend of mine wants to play with me (yes, we are going for DayZ) but all
shops are out of stock. So i mentioned: If he orders a serial of Arma 2 + OA (or Arma X, whatever) and i
lend him my retail copy, would it be possible to install the game and use the new serial keys?
We just want to play so badly and cant wait another two weeks so....

Somebody knows a good shop to buy the serials mentioned above? Is there any official possibility?
