Major Lag with PC that just got fixed

I can't even play Arma II without it lagging the balls out of me. Probably 2 fps on everything Low.
My cpu specs are...
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 2.60 GHz
I have 4 gigs of ram
CAN ANYONE HELP???

Well, looking at your system specs you seem missing a graphic card, Windows and DirectX 9. Please install those components and report back if problem still exists.

Not a chance. That's an 8 year old graphics card. The Athlon 64 X2 is rather weak for this game too.
