Use Software like CraigsList Reader Pro from Craigspal and you can search multiple cities on Craigslist.

Craigslist decided to threaten them with a lawsuit if they didn't stop selling it. http://craigspal.com/
The paid version allowed automated searches and other stuff but the free version saves a hell of a lot of time
and is still working once you find a copy.

TIR4 is nearly as good. The specs might make 5 look twice as good as 4, but that really isn't the case. In use, they are pretty much the same.
I sniped a TrackIR 4 on ebay a year or so ago.
