Cd key in use

Hello, i have a problem with a particular server, arma2.ru iron front v1.02. I' ve played a lot of times in this server without problems but 10 min ago i saw a german player stuck in the trees running. I hit him and no kill... Connection problem for sure. 2 min later im kicked. In the server browser mi ping with the server was ok, i see for a moment 2500 ping in red and 0 players in the server. Tried to reconnect and kicked again, two times in a row. After that when i try to connect this server i get this message "cd key in use", but i can play other servers, what happens?? Someone in this server is using my cd key?? i bought this game via steam.
