Replacement Config has stopped working!? could use some help

Hello guys!

I have a tiny problem with one of my replacement configs that is puzzling me a bit: some months ago PVPScene kindly provided me a replacement config for use with CHs M1A1s to get rid of the vanilla ones. That config worked very well until recently, where I noticed that it simply stopped working, or let's say stopped working correctly. The woodland Abrams is the vanilla one again and the desert one IS the CHs Abrams, but it is missing a some textures and instead of using the ones that came with the addon, it now uses the vanilla ones again (which might be the reason for some of the textures not being loaded). I tried it with and without any mods apart from the required ones of course

So my question is: Does anybody know what has happened here and if so, can this be corrected? Thank you guys in advance!

Okay, Although I still haven't found a solution and after talking to PVPScene, he suggested to put a link to the file so that others could have a look at it too, so here it is:

included is a PBO as well as an un PBOed version of the file
hopefully it's easy to fix and any help would be highly appreciated guys!

no idea really. if you no longer have the source file, it will be hard to figure it out
i doubt anyone else can make sense of it
