Game Launching Issue

I just bought ArmA II: Combined Operations today on steam and when it was done installing I tried playing and it popped up this error message: "Data file too short 'addons\debugging.pbo'. Expected 1092528237 B, got 644874240 B." Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it? Because it won't let me play at all.

**Fixed***

Just open steam > library > right click on operation arrowhead and click properties, go to local files and click on verify integrity of game cache and it should fix those files.
