Error saying its too short on server!

ErrorMessage: Data file too short 'C:\ClientInstalls\CHRISM1\GameServers\TC400062478 67235465685202\@Clafghan\addons\ac_130.pbo'. Expected 35290058 B, got 29684760 B

we are really having trouble with a couple of files that used to work until the server blew up. We have uploaded the files back to the server but we are getting this new error i have never see before,
