Question Amazon DL: Cannot Run Autorun

    Hi

I purchased Arma 2: CO through amazon's digital download

After download is complete for Arma 2 main game when I attempt to run autorun.exe I am prompted a minimized window that I cannot expand (see pic)

I try to run setup.exe i get error msg "setup encountered an error application may not be working properly".

I've rebooted my computer, deleted the dl files and redownloaded again from amazon.

I haven't tried Op Arrowhead but I want to get this one working 1st.

My computer meet the min sys requirements.

Have you tried running as administrator?

Also, I'm not quite sure what that picture is supposed to be of. All I see is a small 18px wide and 640px tall image.

it's exactly that..just the borders of a window and the close 'X' button.

I have ran it each time as admin.

    Anyone got an idea?

If no solutions over the next few days I'll be contacting amazon for a refund.

Try using CCleaner (Direct Link) to reset the location of windows.

Once you have downloaded and installed CCleaner, run it as adminstrator by right clicking and click "Run as administrator". Once open, follow the steps as shown below.

    1. Check "Window Size/Location Cache". This will reset all windows to their default position.
    2. Click "Analyze". This will show you what CCleaner will remove. It is very important that you look through the list to make sure nothing is going to be removed that you wish to keep.
    3. Click "Run Cleaner". This will delete the files that you have chosen to be deleted. You will need to restart your computer after clearing the window size/location cache.
