    ArmA OA MD5

Anyone kind enough to provide some MD5 hashes for the setup files? When I'm installing, it says that wheeled.pbo failed CRC check and it would be nice just to re-download the file I need to download.

Doesn't the host you are downloading from provide the MD5 hashes? Sprocket has it when you are manually downloading the files.
    Where are you downloading from?

Well right now I can only suggest to download the files from the servers officially listed under the sprocket downloader. You bought the game at Sprocket and try to use the servers they list.

Or, download the files from that mirror, than run the Sprocket installer which will fix any missing files which could save you some bandwidth.
However, that depends on how up to date the mirror you use is. If its a rather old mirror of the Sprocket files you still need to download a lot. But its worth a try I think?

I would recommend using a download manager to download from BI's servers as opposed to using Sprocket, as I've been able to DL files at my internet plan's max rated speed as opposed to the <1MB/s and dropping that Sprocket seems to do.
